Debra Ng is an experienced Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in movement science and women’s health. Certified in STOTT Reformer Level 1 and The Center for Women’s Fitness programs, including Pilates for Menopause, she specialises in tailored movement strategies to enhance strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
With a rich background in education and architectural conservation, Debra brings a deep understanding of biomechanics and body awareness to her teaching.
Her transition from academia to Pilates was driven by a passion for empowering individuals through intelligent movement, creating a supportive and results-driven environment for clients of all levels.
